We are seeking a detail-oriented Entry-Level Data Analyst to support analytics projects from data preparation through reporting, working closely with a Team Lead and management. This role is ideal for someone early in their analytics career who is eager to learn, build technical skills, and contribute to client-facing analytical work in a supportive, collaborative environment. Training related to regulatory structure and requirements for drawback will be provided.

Data Acquisition & Management
- Acquire and structure data from primary and secondary sources under the guidance of a Team Lead.
- Review and cleanse unstandardized client data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency in alignment with internal data standards.
- Perform bulk uploads and assist with managing large data files and databases.
- Complete manual data entry and data corrections as needed to maintain data quality.
- Support client analyses using established models and methodologies while learning to navigate regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and validate import/export datasets in line with internal procedures.
- Assist with testing analytical models and comparing outputs.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends and patterns, escalating questions or issues to senior team members as needed.
- Assist with developing clear, well-documented reports and visualizations for internal review and client delivery.
- Participate in client meetings alongside Team Leads to support organized analytics-related communication.
- Assist with gathering required documentation and data while maintaining timely and professional correspondence.
- Update client-specific Standard Operating Procedures related to assigned analytics tasks.
- Manage assigned analytics tasks to ensure deadlines are met, with guidance and feedback from leadership.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1+ year experience in a data analytics role
- Foundational understanding of data manipulation, analysis, and basic visualization techniques.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
- Strong attention to detail and curiosity about data.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a regulated analytics environment.
